She was wonderful!! We called and spoke to her one day and explained what exactly we were looking for and that night I had 132 houses in my in box to look at!! She set us up with a mortgage lady who pre approved us and 2 days later we were looking at houses every free chance we had!! She met with us after work and EVEN after she had, had 2 open houses right in a row!!! She is amazing!!!!! Definately reccomend her 100%!!

Lisa was easy to communicate with from the beginning, when we were living abroad and only had email communication. Then, when we arrived in the area she made us feel like we were top priority and showed us a range of homes in different cities that we were interested in. She was very patient and not pushy or over-attentive, she gave us space to look around on our own. When we found "the one" Lisa helped us to negotiate below asking price and we really felt in the end that we got a good deal on our home. Lisa also had good recommendations for mortgage lenders and attorneys, which helped the whole process go smoothly. I would use Lisa again if we had to sell or buy another home in the area.

Lisa did a great job for us. She sold a piece of property in a rural area that does not get "high traffic". It took some time (2 yrs) but she was persistent and got the price we were asking. This was just land so not a lot of profit in it, but she stuck with it. She has a great personality; honest and warm; thorough and efficient. She is great to do business with and also you would enjoy having her as a friend.
