When we had delays in the underwriting process with the bank after we had already moved across country expecting to move into our new house, Lisa negotiated with the bank to allow us to stay in a hotel at the bank's expense until the closing could be completed. Since the process took several more weeks, her strong negotiating skills saved us at least $1000.
