Several years ago we were referred to Lisa when we were initially beginning the process of looking to buy a house. We soon found out we were not ready, but Lisa never lost touch with us. She checked in with me a year later. When we decided to rent she helped us find a place. More than one in fact! Even when she didn't know of anything at the time she did not at all forget about us...she contacted us when I had almost forgot that we had asked her for any available rentals. We are currently in a house we really enjoy living in and have a great landlord thanks to Lisa's referral. I know for a fact that when the time comes for us to buy she will be the first person we go to. Lisa is personable and kind and knows what she's doing. I had a fantastic experience. I gave her the basic ideas I had for a house, my desired distance from work, and my future plans. She started with sending me MLS links to homes she thought would be of interest. From that, I was able to narrow down the search for things I wanted and things I didn't want. She was great about showing me thing type of houses that I wanted to see, and not push me in any direction. She has great contacts around the industry for inspections, mortgage, insurance, home repair.....you name it. Often she will give two or three sources, so you don't feel pressured to go with just one. And, she is more than happy to work with someone not on her list. She did a great job negotiating the final price and details, and was there every step of the way, including the closing. In the end, I was able to get a house that was right in the middle of my expected price range, within my original distance desire, with all of the things I needed, some of the things I wanted, with a truely wonder view that I didn't expect. If you talk to Lisa and decide to select another Realtor you are nuts in my opinion.

Although she's a very busy girl, she always had time to answer my questions and concerns and always made me feel like I was her only client! Lisa Ostrander was the nicest and most knowledgeable real estate professional we have worked with. We called her after finding a house she had listed. We looked at that house and fell in love. We looked at other houses just to confirm our decision. Within less than a few short weeks we looked at homes and signed an offer. She met with us all hours of the day and all days of the week. We loved working with Lisa! She did a great job selling our house and during the off season. She was very good at finding houses within our budget that we would be interested in seeing. Lisa was VERY helpful in keeping everyone involved in the sale of our house moving in the right direction. She ALWAYS knew exactly what had to be done to move the sale a long. She was in constant contact with us. When ever I text or e-mail Lisa she was always responding to our messages right away - within 15 minutes or so. We always felt like Lisa's only concern was selling our house and getting us into another house.
